So that we may help diagnose your problem better, please attach the "jvision.log" file on the Bug Reports page. To do so:

1. Click the Continue button to the right.
2. Fill in all appropriate fields.
3. At the very bottom, just above the Send Report button, you will see a field called File Attachment and a button next to it called Browse.... Click the Browse... button.
4. Navigate to your JVISION installation directory (typically C:\Program Files\JVISION 1.x.x, where x.x is the version number)
5. Click the "jvision.log" file, and click Open.
6. Finally, click Send Report.

Click Continue to submit bug reports and feature requests.
