Copy and Paste to Excel
- To copy a use case report or actor catalog onto an Excel spreadsheet, click on the "Copy and Paste to Excel" icon
. Alternatively, select "Edit | Copy and Paste to Excel". The use case or actor titles appear in one column, while the descriptions will appear within a second column.
- Formatting tips:
After copying and pasting to Excel, select "Format | Cells | Alignment | Wrap Text". Then adjust cell dimensions by positioning your cursor at the corners of the cells and dragging to fit the contents. (Alternatively select "Format | Row | Height" and "Format | Column | Width"). The actor or use case descriptions should display properly within the cells.
