Reports

  • Printing: To print a use case report or actor catalog, first copy and and paste the contents of the report to an Excel spreadsheet (see Copy and Paste to Excel). Then print the report directly from Excel.

  • Use case report: A use case report gives the titles and descriptions of all the use cases. To generate a use case report, click on the Use Case Report Icon or select "Tools | Use Case Report".

  • Actor catalog: An actor catalog gives the titles and descriptions of all actors. To generate an actor catalog, click on the Actor Catalog icon or select "Tools menu | Actor Catalog".

  • File summary: A file summary lists and tells you the number of actors and use cases within the diagram. To generate a file summary, go to "Tools | File Summary" and select "File Summary" represented by this icon .
